I understand that US Business Finance will incur expenses and fees in evaluating my suitability to join as a Broker. I understand and agree that $150 of the broker fee is nonrefundable, whether I pass suitability for hiring or pass and later refuse to join.

Applicant further authorizes US Business Financing and it's affiliates, assigns and agents to obtain and review a criminal background check and credit check as a condition of employment with US Business Financing.
